NGC Mobile Notary Services, LLC, has completed 601 Notary assignments throughout Leon, Gadsden, Jackson, Wakulla, Jefferson, Madison & Taylor Counties. These assignments have been completed through General Notary Work, as well as Signing, Title & Escrow companies. Our Motto is “We are a Place Where Services are Unmatched”. We understand the concern of our clients to be safe and protected during this continued public health crisis. We wear masks during the entire appointment, if asked & after each appointment we disinfect the pens and clipboards that were used. Weather permitting, we can also conduct the appointment outside, if requested.

NGC Mobile Notary Services is Bonded, Insured, Trained & a member of the National Notary Association (NNA). We are also Fidelity Approved & Verified & Vetted by Secure Insight. The following are the services and equipment NGC Mobile Notary provides and uses; Witness-Closings, Florida RON Online Notarizations (DocMagic (Secured Insight), Notarize, OneNotary & NotaryLive), General Notary Work, and we have a mobile scanner. I am a notary committed to paying attention to detail & all docs are shipped out on time. Scan-backs are also completed within the requested timeframe. When working with me, I am fully open to performing signings outside of traditional working hours and on weekends, when & where needed.

NGC Mobile Notary Services always wants to ensure that the signer(s) feel comfortable during the entire assignment. We do this by adhering to the National Notary Association standard code of conduct, we never force the signer(s) to sign documents or provide legal advice, we only notarize when witnessing the signer signing the documents, & we have no issues working with seniors or individuals with disabilities. For General/Mobile Notary services, I charge the standard $10 per notarization seal fee set by the state of Florida.
